Funny that you brought this up. I just posted about this on my site.
I am using LibraryThing.Com and I like it for a couple of reasons. The look/layout could be better, but it has plusses over another site I ran across.
The things I like about it are that you can upload book cover images if what the search engines spits out doesn't match your edition. Or if it's that old that it can't find one to begin with. I also like how you can post reviews and read others. Though some of the reviews are really short. And you can sort them by the tags (which you set up as genres or other categories you want).
I am not sure if there are any better sites out there, but LibraryThing is good for what it is.
I've been using Library Thing for a few months now and really find it useful. I like having some of the stuff I read linked to my blog as well. You could always try it and remove it if you don't like it.
Hi Roger,
I saw you mentioned the IBM ad in your blog, but didn't know what it was advertising. Here is an article about the ad campaign if you're interested. (I found it through http://slashdot.org.) From the slashdot page I thought it might be an April Fool's joke (see slashdot today if you want to see what I mean.), but I don't think so.

By the way, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LYDIA. Her photos are adorable. She looks so happy.
